January is known as the National Eye Care Month. This month is mostly devoted by most eye care professionals across the globe are promoting healthy vision. Optometrists and ophthalmologists recommend strongly that everyone get their eyes checked every year, and what better time to do so than in January. It’s a New Year and it’s time for a new and healthy VISION.
It does not matter whether you wear corrective lenses or not, or even if you think your eyes are in perfect condition. Getting the regular eye exams is a necessary part of our overall wellness, and vital to make sure our continued healthy vision.
